Who We’re Looking For

  • Open to applicants going into 11th grade and up

  • Prior camp experience preferred but not required

  • All staff are background checked

  • Lifeguards must be certified (we will provide certification)

  • All Unit Leaders must be CPR certified

Application Process and Timeline

Hiring for summer begins in August, as soon as the previous summer ends.

  • Returning staff in good standing receive contracts first

  • New Applicants interviewed virtually

  • Offers typically made within 2 weeks

  • All staff attend 3 orientations before summer begins
