When you visit our Site we collect Session Data, and when you complete our inquiry form and click ‘Submit’, we collect your name, phone number, email address, desired school location and education level information. By providing this information, this constitutes your written consent to be called and/or texted by Camp Veritans at the number(s) you provided, regarding your education.

We use Personal Information in order to provide you with information about Camp Veritans;
To send you communications about our education programs if you have not opted-out of receiving these communications;
To manage our Site, diagnose technical problems, improve content and allocate the resources of our systems so that your experience with our Site is as efficient as possible;
While using this site, you may choose to submit personal information through email or online forms. We will use this information to process your requests. We will not intentionally sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties, except as required by law;

When we advertise on third party sites

Camp Veritans shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Camp Veritans shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Camp Veritans WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS WEBSITE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Remedies
